Effective August 9, 2026. This data-processing summary explains the operational data WPFixAgent processes on behalf of customer organizations and the controls applied to it.
Clause 1
Data categories
Account records, organization records, website metadata, plugin inventory, incident data, command results, and audit logs.
Clause 2
Processing purpose
Provide monitoring, repair workflows, customer support, billing, security, and product improvement.
Clause 3
Sub-processors
Service providers may include infrastructure and storage vendors, the payment provider, transactional email delivery, a vulnerability intelligence feed, and the optional configured AI provider. Material changes are communicated through policy updates.
Clause 4
Retention
Operational data is retained while the account is active. Following closure it is scheduled for deletion within 30 days, except records retained for billing, fraud prevention, security, or legal obligations.

User authentication and organization membership scope dashboard access.

Audit logging
Important actions are recorded for operational accountability.

Secret minimization
Standard connector pairing avoids hosting credential collection.

Deletion and return
Authorized organization owners can request export or deletion through support@wpfixagent.com.
