How WPFixAgent collects, uses, protects, and deletes personal data.
Effective August 9, 2026. This policy explains the information WPFixAgent processes to provide accounts, WordPress monitoring, repairs, recovery, billing, and support.
Clause 1
Account data
Name, email, organization, role, and authentication-related records are used to provide dashboard access.
Clause 2
Website metadata
Site URL, title, versions, plugin inventory, theme context, health status, and command history support monitoring and repair.
Clause 3
Operational logs
Incidents, audit logs, and command results are stored to explain what happened and support troubleshooting.
Clause 4
AI and security services
When enabled, redacted incident context may be sent to a configured AI diagnosis provider. Installed software details may be compared against a vulnerability intelligence feed to check for known issues. Raw hosting passwords are not required for standard connector operation.
Clause 5
Access
Customers can request information about account and organization records.
Clause 6
Correction
Customers can request correction of inaccurate account or billing details.
Clause 7
Deletion
Request account deletion at support@wpfixagent.com. Operational data is scheduled for deletion within 30 days after account closure unless legal, billing, fraud-prevention, or security obligations require longer retention.
Clause 8
Portability
Customers may request an export of account, organization, website, incident, repair, and audit information in a commonly used format.
